Only one week to go before the start of the 16th Amsterdam Dance Event! So, if you have nothing to do between the 19th and the 22nd of October, just book a flight and go wag your body in one of the 40 venues opening their doors to some 12,000 visitors, all coming to appreciate the music and the party vibe!
The festival's first edition took place in 1996, with no more than 30DJs playing in 3 venues. Sixteen years later, the ADE has become the major networking platform for some 2'5000 DJs, labels and promoters. It is also the place to go to for those who are seeking intense partying and great tunes, as it is considered as the biggest club festival worldwide. Originaly a daytime conference, the ADE now hosts concerts and DJacts all night long and all over the city. So no matter what you like the most – techno, house, acid, trance, electronic…- you'll find the sounds that will make you move.
This year's line-up doesn't fall short of previous years and here are some names you shouldn't miss…a selection “maison”!
