In the German musical landscape labels come and go, so a 1-year anniversary is a perfectly good reason to celebrate. Having reached this exact milestone, the Berlin/Dresden based label Made of Concrete marked this special moment with a 4-track remix EP, and a forthcoming party at IPSE, in Berlin, on 24th of March.
Run by the Berlin and Dresden based DJs fumée grise and Andreas Pionty, Made of Concrete is a platform focused on releasing Techno, House, Ambient and Experimental music. Home for artists like Ashworth, Gathaspar, Dudley Strangeways, Michael McLardy or Steven Cock, the German imprint might be young, but the versatility of its approach and aesthetic vision will most surely help them stand the test of time.
After releasing the anniversary EP as an homage to their artists, creating an even more meaningful bond between them, Made of Concrete is getting ready to celebrate their first year on 24th of March with a not to be missed party at IPSE’s main room in Berlin, that’s going to be live-streamed by Be-At TV for those less fortunate who won’t be able to attend. They’ve put together a stellar line-up, worthy of the occasion, so make sure you join the facebook event here or the resident advisor one, and postpone any other plans you had for Thursday night.
To make this even more special, we have 2×2 guestlist to give away. Just send us your name at email@example.com, with “Made of Concrete” in the subject line until 12PM on Thursday.
