In 2014 Sascha Ring aka Apparat first started working in theatre when he composed the music/score for Sebastian Hartmann‘s production of Leo Tolstois‘ ‘Krieg und Frieden‘. Since then he has worked on music for the movie ‘Traumland‘ which was nominated for the swiss film price and wrote the score for Mario Martone‘s ‘Il Giovane Favoloso‘ for which he unexpectedly won the score award Premio Piero Piccioni at the Venice Film Festival.

Since then he’s working on several major film scores when he’s not on tour with his second project Moderat or is playing his infamous Deejay gigs around the globe.
