Berlin: Get guestlist for Festival Forte pre-party w/ Ancient Methods, Subjected, Expander

Held half-way between Porto and Lisbon over the last weekend of August, Forte is one of the newest and most exciting names on the festival circuit. Racking up a throng of techno aficionados in the castle of Montemor-o-Velho, Forte got raving reviews after last year’s edition and has now prepared a stellar lineup of techno royalty and rising underground talent. Ben Klock and Marcel Dettmann will perform alongside Trade (aka Blawan & Surgeon), Truncate,Helena Hauff, RØDHÅD, ApparatSilent Servant, Kobosil, Ancient Methods, Konstantin and more. Local Portuguese scene is also present in the form of Lux Fragil resident in chief Rui Vargas. 2016 festival highlights include the likes of Ben Frost wt/ MFO‘s  opening performance and a rare festival appearance from industrial pioneers Cabaret Voltaire

But before taking over the sprawling Portuguese castle of Montemor-o-Velho this coming August, Festival Forte are stopping by Berlin for the festival’s first international pre-party in cahoots with BE-AT TV.

This Thursday, Ipse. will play host to the official festival pre-party, giving the audience a taste of what the Forte audience can expect from the 2016 edition. It will feature three artists from the festival’s past and present line ups – Ancient Methods[aufnahme + wiedergabe / Ancient Methods], Subjected [Vault Series / Electric Deluxe] and festival founder Expander [Soniculture]. As a special Berliner treat, there’ll be extra support from Niki K vs Briain and our favs Local Suicide.
