Mira Digital Arts Festival returns to Berlin for its second edition, held on the 5th of May, 2018. An offshoot of the Barcelona festival of the same name, the digital arts festival first graced the halls of Funkhaus in 2016. This year Mira returns with a programme of audiovisual shows, concerts, DJ Sets and conferences and will also be taking over Monom, a venue dedicated to 4D sound.
Highlights of the live music programme include shows from Swiss-Tibetan artist Aïsha Devi who will give the world premiere of her spiritual, bone-shaking, new album “DNA Feeling” and Hyperdub artist Laurel Halo who will present her latest work, following her 2017 standout album “Dust”.
On the DJ front, the likes of Salon Des Amateurs resident Vladimir Ivkovic, rising Russian talent Inga Mauer and Leipzig’ Lux will be manning the decks, presenting their singular selections, spanning the breadth and depth of the electronic spectrum.
In Monom, Posh Isolation founder Croatian Amor and Eomac, one half of the duo Lakker, will respectively host an installation and present a live show created exclusively for 4D sound technology and curated by Mira Berlin.
Further artists on the lineup include Yves Tumor, Forest Swords, Lorenzo Senni, Black Merlin, Christian Len and many more.
Tickets are available on the Mira Festival website.
