The two Berliners-of-choice Miki Yoshimura & Johannes Marx, better known as Pitchtuner are about to release their fourth longplayer ‘Ready to go‘ (amazon / iTunes) on October 17th via RAR. The Indie-Pop duo’s history started off over 15 years ago with a mix-tape. While travelling around the world Miki from Osaka visited a concert of Johannes’ former band “Planet 9” and was so impressed that she asked him for a cassette. As his former band project had only released their songs on vinyl they had meet up again to handover the actual mix-tape. Happy end of the story, they fell in love, became a couple and founded the band Pitchtuner. Now less than 14 days prior to release the duo drop’s an edit by E-Kreisel of the title track of the album called ‘Ready To Go’ exclusively via Local Suicide. Don’t miss them live on tour, supporting The Hidden Cameras and check out the edit + video for the first single ‘Anniversary Song‘ below.
