LSD presents: Berlin Fashion Week Jan. 2014

Fashion Week is here again. Always the same but always different.

The official start is on Tuesday, but on Monday, you can already check out the new Uniqlo store in Berlin, the opening party of BBB, and finish up the evening at the free party Fashion Affair (RSVP here) organised by Berlin Dress, Berlinpieces and Your Mom’s at Shift with Billie Ray Martin live PA, Eric D. Clark and Plateau Repas DJ sets.

As for Tuesday, star designer Patrick Mohr has prepared something old, something new and something blue for his show at the Mario Testino House, followed by an aftershow with DJ Hell and Laura Clock feat Dreea live among others. The aftershow is public (attend here), the fashion show is not, if you don’t make it, enjoy the video teaser below created by the Dicey Studios with original music by Mieko Suzuki.

Keep on going with trade shows, the best as usual, Bright and Bread & Butter.
Bright has moved to Mitte’s favorite venue Jandorf with a smaller space for better brand visibility. Bright will also host the House of Vans on the Wednesday and Thursday evenings.
BBB remains in Tempelholf and will feature as usual the best of urban and ready-to-wear clothes, accessories, denim, workshops, info, charity booths and more. The new-comer not to be missed: Muschi Kreuzberg, the bad-ass brand made in Berlin.

Before the end of the week, 100 shows and events or parties to attend including the live performance of Ofrin on the 16th (attend here) at Mein Haus Am See & Cosmic Kaspar. And if you still have stamina on the Saturday don’t miss Fashion Week’s best possible closure with SXX SELLS #6 hosted at Conny Opper’s new club Palast Neukölln (attend here) from 10pm with an avalanche of fun local DJs and happenings… You can win 2 x2 guest list spots by commenting underneath the post! Enough excitement to keep you waiting till the next Fashion Week in July.
