ABOUT THE FILM
Academy Award-winning director Roger Ross Williams will be flying in to Berlin for an exclusive screening of his latest film, ‘GOD LOVES UGANDA’. A controversial and damning exposé which reveals how American Evangelical missionaries are preaching the ‘word of God’ to an impressionable Ugandan population, emphasizing the evils of homosexuality and contraception. The direct effects of this include a shocking, aggressive and, in some cases, murderous homophobia and a tragic increase in HIV due to the stigma that the Church attaches to contraception. This is a must-see documentary which will be followed by a director Q&A.
