We have started a new series, where we invite our favorite artists to give us some tips about their hometowns (or felt hometowns) and about places they visited. Artists tend to travel a lot, so there will be for sure some pretty useful tips for you. The first one comes from legendary producer/dj Bozzwell who’s also known as one half of Hiem.
My name is Bozzwell and my hometown is Sheffield.
I usually go to grab a bite at Golden Harvest Sheffield, have a drink at The Cremorne, for concerts anywhere and to party anywhere that will let me in.
A typical food of my hometown is Fishcake Butty and drink is Diet Mountain Dew.
My favorite neighbourhood is Sharrow, the best record shop is not Beatport and the most interesting museum is Kelham Island Museum.
You should go shopping at The Moor Market Sheffield, go to London Road to hang out with the locals and spend your Sunday afternoon at Home.
You can get the best view at Heeley, should go to Ecclesall woods for a walk and to My Flat for Dinner and Wine for a romantic date.
My special sightseeing tip would be The Site Gallery.
In the summer visit Marseille France, in the autumn Berlin, in the winter Sheffield and in the spring North Wales.
Go to Prestatyn for the beaches, to Wales for the mountains, to Tiblisi Georgia for its people and to Sheffield for the prices.
The best place for clubbing is London, for food is Fritteland Brussells Belgium and for shopping is Hammersound Music Birkenhead.
If you want to relax you should go to The Beach and if you want to live an adventure to Space.
Spain is very exotic and Georgia was a culture shock.
I would like to live in Sheffield, but would never consider living in London.
The place I have visited the most is Berlin, because I Like it There.
I would like to visit Japan.
My favorite place of all is Sheffield.
